A member asked:

Recently had a hsg exam done. what does "there is no opacification of the right fallopian tube" mean and also "there is no free spillage of contrast into the peritoneum bilaterally mean?"

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Both imply that there is at least some degree of blockage in one or both fallopian tubes. Consult a reproductive endocrinologist, who can provide guidance.
