My 21mo. old has a double ear infection and possible lung infection (after being sick for a week w/rsv) she has a temp between 99-100 after antibiotics for 3 days. it did come after her first meal of solid food in 1.5weeks. is this ok?

Fever in a toddler is typically noted as being above 100.4. If your child has temps running below this, she does not have a fever. hopefully this is down from the fever that she had before and her symptoms are improving. If they worsen or have not improved, a return visit to her Pediatrician is required.
