My 6month boy is in the 5th day antibiotic for (mild ear infection,sore throat,cough with some mucus in his chest &low grade fever)& know temp increas?

Infection: It is possible the infection is not sensitive to the antibiotic. Try some Tylenol (acetaminophen) and/or ibuprofen as there could also be a viral component (which antibiotics do not treat) causing his low grade fever. Best wishes.
