Ear Pain in Infants: I would see an ENT specialist asap. Otitis media can become serious even if started by a virus. Antibiotics are often necessary even if the initial cause was rsv.

Antibiotics/Motrin: Infant Motrin may be provided for pain control. I would suggest checking the temperature prior to giving the Motrin. By day 3 on antibiotics, the baby should begin to feel better. Continue the course for 10 days, provide feeds to prevent dehydration and please follow up with your pediatrician.
