I have a chest infection and went to docs and got an antibiotic. very high temp 39.5 and sore from head to toe. blood in urine today should i worry?

Fever: The short answer is yes. Given the blood in the urine you need to be seen in an emergency ward today. Drink lots of fluids and take some acetaminophen (NOT aspirin or ibuprofen).
