I answered your question yesterday. Your blood pressure is high and it needs to be addressed but your concern about headache as a possible side effect of losartan is also logic. I suggest changing Losartan to a different anti-hypertensive class such as calcium channel blocker as a trial. If headache resolves after 2 weeks, Losartan is the culprit. Optimally, your BP should be less than 130/80.

Suggest you follow Dr. Le's advice and deal with your blood pressure directly with your regular doctor. Your mild hypertension is NOT causing your headaches, and it is not a high probability that your Losartan is the culprit. Your sleep apnea may be a trigger and needs to be treated as it may be causing your symptoms. Discuss your fears of brain cancer with your doctor, directly.
