I have had two previous brain/sinus scans my dr wants another for chronic headaches. how much does this increase my risk for cancer?

Very little: Radiation is naturally present in nature and the risk seems small enough to make a scan worthwhile, especially if you're suffering from chronic headaches. It would be a shame to miss a treatable cancer in the nasosinal area.
