Brain tumor: A brain tumor cannot be ruled out, however headaches are extremely common as symptoms and there are much more likely causes for them other than tumors. If you have reason to believe your headache is due to a tumor, best would be to let your doc know so that appropriate workup can be conducted.

Brain tumor unlikely: Once episode of headache is hardly a reason to suspect brain tumor. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
