Headaches for 6-8 weeks. constant. they say i have sleep apnea. also i take 100mg losartan. clench teeth a lot. worried about brain cancer. im 52. pain all over head. please help. no short answers please?

Steady,dull headaches are usually muscle contraction tension headaches as opposed to throbbing ones characteristic of migraine. A CT scan or MRI would be able to rule out a brain tumor. A neurologist could evaluate you & advise you. I think stress management therapy would be of great help to you.

Headaches may be associated with your clenching. Suggest that you see an Orthodontist and an Oral Surgeon to evaluate your upper airway (roof of mouth is floor of nose) to see if you need palatal expansion and/or occlusal orthotic (night guard).
