Ive had sinus issues for years, headache, congestion and drainage. could this be causing sleep apnea? im 34 m not over weight. wife says i snore and ive been waking up gasping. i also have pacs, if i did hv sleep apnea could it cause them? thanks?

Cardiac arrhythmias can occur with sleep apnea during low oxygen saturation. A sleep study combined with cardiac monitoring would be important testing for you. Discuss with your MD.

To clarify all of this and maintain stable health would suggest overnight sleep study. If you are showing sleep apnea, treatment should be instituted
