Very unlikely. (But not impossible). The only way to be reassured is to see a Neurologist. Maybe get a CT scan

Headaches that start out painful (instead of dull, vague and deep-seated) are almost never due to brain cancer. More relevant is whether you have a family history of migraines. If you're worried, see a neurologist. In order to make a rational diagnosis, you need to provide much more history than you've given here.
