It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. I would make certain your measurements were correct back then. Growing that much almost never happens at 28 once you have stopped growing. I have heard of health staff not measuring height carefully or even have the ruler set wrong on wall. Discuss with your local Drs. Listen to your body and take good notes and share in detail with Drs. You all will figure it out. Fatigue has many many causes.
