doc ref me to physio for stiff/tight knees. x-ray's blood test all normal. have fatigue. not happy. what can i do next?

Physical therapy: Should help a lot. Based on your description there is more to the story. Exercise as part of the overall approach should only help. Is it possible that you may be experiencing depression symptoms. Have you ever experienced similar symptoms?
