A member asked:

I have had high lymphocytes in my blood tests for the past 3 years. the 'normal range' being 1-3 and mine being anything from 3.84-6. i am always tired and have bad hairloss. could this be linked and should i see an hematologist? doctors not bothered?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your counts are not higher than normal and are an unlikely cause of your symptoms. Wish you good health!
