Been having what i thought was blood in my urine so i took a dip stick test at dr's. came back with small amount of bilirubin in it. doctor told me my test results are normal. i feel tired a lot. should i not be concerned? i have history of lupus.

Bilirubin in urine : Not knowing your entire clinical situation, I can offer that bilirubin in the urine might suggest an issue with the liver and/or surrounding structures. Some relevant blood testing and an ultrasound of the upper abdomen would be a helpful starting point to figure this out.
