Not sure what u have: Eb 'syndrome' is a misnomer . Chronic fatigue syndrome may be what you are referring to. One clue to this diagnosis is not feeling better after resting or after sleep. I have found that , if your blood pressure is ok, increasing the salt intake in your diet can help.

Not likely EBV: I can't tell you why you're fatigued, but it's probably not due to epstein-barr virus. There was a time when some people thought that chronic ebv infection was the cause of chronic fatigue syndrome, but there's not much evidence for that hypothesis.

Find & Rx cause: Chronic fatigue syndrome is a multifactorial consequence of hormonal, immune system and nervous system dysfunction resulting from genetic predispositions and dietary and environmental insults. These factors impair the patient's ability to produce energy and they end up chronically fatigued. There are numerous internal & external stressors that can contribute to this syndrome. Find & rx.
