This finding is seen after significant myocardial damage from coronary artery thrombosis. In your case I assume a blockage of the right coronary artery caused damage & weakening of part of the inferior surface of the left ventricle. In rare cases this can be a congenital defect. However, your physician or cardiologist, who knows all the facts in your case, can advise you best about this finding
