Can handle stress: A normal stress echo shows that the heart is behaving in a physiologically normal way during a physical stress. It implies that coronary circulation as well as contractility can handle physiologic stress adequately. It tells us that if chest pains are occurring that they are unlikely to be due to significant coronary disease, and that the risk of a heart attack is low in the near term.

Stress echo: I usually recommend my patient to discuss the result of any test with there doctor , but passing a stress echocardiogram it means it was a negative stress test, no sign of clog artery and there is no damage to the heart.
