An echocardiogram results says the basal septum is hypo kinetic. the rest was normal, bp etc normal. i am only 38 with no symptoms, what is thecause?

Echo: The interpretation of the images on an echo has an element of subjectivity, if everything else is normal there may not be a problem. Discuss with your dr. More tests may be needed to clarify whether you have a problem causing the basal septum to appear hypokinetic.
