The size of right ventricle chamber may or may not relate with the wall motion abnormality (akinetic/dyskinetic) or the ventricle contraction. MRI result suggests an ischemic injury of that basal segment of the RV. If you had this test for chest pain +/- dyspnea on exertion and you did not have a nuclear scan done yet, you will need one. With reversible ischemia, coronary angiogram is indicated.
