Your family doctor or urgent care practitioner can prescribe oral antibiotic but that is only a temporary fix. You have to have a root canal or tooth extraction whichever you can afford by paying cash for the dental service.

Do Telehealth or a walk in clinic and some can do it. Dont fool around with it though.

Go to the emergency room at your community hospital, they will be happy to assist you with a diagnosis and treatment, including prescription for antibiotics. Any dental office (including mine) will be gladly to help people with a diagnosis and prescription and even sometimes treatment to relieve your pain at no charge.
