Those findings are NOT consistent with undetermined activity but the disease is likely active if you have not been treated in the past. Even if the AFB stain or culture is negative, you should be treated for active TB if you have not received any treatment in the past. The decision of 2 or 3 drug regimen will depend on the prevalence of resistant TB in your area. You should see an ID specialist.
