See your dr.: Opacity or density in chest can mean many things. Common density is pneumonia. Densities can represent tumors or nodules in lungs. Contusion, hemorrhage can be dense. Everything is taken in context of clinical symptoms, fever, cough, trauma, coughing up blood, etc. Your doctor should be able to come up with treatment by comparing xray findings and clinical signs and symptoms.
