Fibrohazed densities suggest there is extra fluid in the area described. The rest of the words describe normal findings. What that means in a clinical setting must be interpreted by the doc who knows the history of the patient as well as exam and other findings.

I assume the fibrohazed densities are in the lung spaces and these findings need to be correlated with your symptoms, physical findings and lab results. CT chest and bronchoscopy may be the next steps if the diagnosis is still in question.
