This means you have something in the right lung in the top part. You should see a lung doctor to find out the best way to diagnose whatever it is. You may need a biopsy to find out what the densities represent. Good luck to you!

With a report like yours, I like to review the images with the radiologist and ask for a differential diagnosis, ask if other studies like CT scan,MRI can shed more light on the case and what consultants would be of help and if any of the lesions would be amenable to a fine needle biopsy if one is advised. In effect I obtain a consult from the radiologist.
