I just got my x-ray result and it said Fibronodular densities are noted at the right appex, Heart, diaphragm and bony thorax are unremarkable, what was that means?

The following are the remarks after I had my xray. - suspicious densities are seen in both upper lobes - the heart is not enlarged - diaphragm and the rest of the visualized chest structures are unremarkable I would like to ask the first remark?
My CXR says : fibronodular densities are seen in the right upper lung periphery. Heart not enlarged, Diaphragm, Sulci and bony thorax intact...pls what does this mean I had TB 17 years ago?
In my x ray says that there is a suspicious density in the right apex. The diaphragm is sharp and distinct. The heart is not enlarge the trachea is at the midline and the osseousthoracic cage shows no significant bony abnormalities What does it mean?
