In my x ray says that there is a suspicious density in the right apex. the diaphragm is sharp and distinct. the heart is not enlarge the trachea is at the midline and the osseousthoracic cage shows no significant bony abnormalities what does it mean?

it means there is a nodule, lesion abnormal area that needs further assessment . May need CT of chest or MRI and follow up with pulmonologist as may want to due biopsy. May be granuloma as in infection like histoplasmosis or TB or may be tumor.
