There is a possible resolved infection, including TB. Obtain a TB test and if there is swelling of lymph nodes, weight loss, fever, cough and any symptoms associated, please immediately see your PCP.

It means “once upon a time” you had a lung infection- months, years or decades ago. Philippines - maybe TB. MaybeHistoplasmosis. If no symptoms, may be “dormant“. If any symptoms at all, check with your doctor- NOW
