Angled view: Apiclordotic view occurs when X-ray tube is angled sephalad (towards head) to project clavicles off apices of lungs to see if anything abnormal is behind them. Ill defined density could include previous exposure to TB, scar tissue, other infection, volume loss, tumor etc.Why did you get X-ray exam? Should have decision for follow up exam in combination with clinical issues.
