The following are the remarks after i had my xray. - suspicious densities are seen in both upper lobes - the heart is not enlarged - diaphragm and the rest of the visualized chest structures are unremarkable i would like to ask the first remark?

You need to ask your doctor about this as the description itself is non specific and needs to be interpreted in concert with your symptoms. A density on an xray can represent a growth, lymph nodes or tissue which is denser due to accumulation of water or infection.
