Ive got just above 1.5cm feelable submandibular lymph nodes on both sides. ive had them for 3 years and im unsure if theyve changed. i have no signs of infection or lymphoma. could this be cancer? im slim too and 18. the nodes move aswell?

What you described is not suggestive of cancer. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
