Ive got feelable submenta, submandibular and cervical lymph node.there all below 1/2 inch and theyve never changed and there moveable. i also have no symptoms of infection.ive been told this is unlikely to be cancer or lyphoma but how so? i'm slim to?

Your nodes are normal. You have no indication to suspect lymphoma. Quit worrying about it unless the nodes enlarge further to a size of 1 inch or bigger. Stop feeling or poking into them more than once every month...you can set the date for checking on them on first day of each month which will make it easier to remember and to avoid excessive pushing on the lymph nodes Good luck
