Ive got just above 1.5cm feelable submandibular lymph nodes under each side of my jaw. there mobile and i have quite a few at each side. ive had them for 3 years and im unsure if theyve changed.ive no infections too and no symptoms. is this cancer??

If it were cancer it is definitely very indolent. I wonder why you have not discussed it with a physician since you noticed them 3 years ago. The mobility and the small size make them unlikely to be cancer; however I wonder about your oropharyngeal state and if you were a smoker. It is worthwhile, because of the number and persisitence, to have them examined.

Cancer is unlikely. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
