Ive had feelable 1/2 an inch submandibular, cervical and submental lymph nodes for over 2 years now. there moveable and not painful. and theyve never changed. i also have no infection. could this be lyphoma? or cancer?

It sounds more like normal lymph nodes, specifically if not changing in size and without any other symptoms. Have your doc comment on them during your annual exam.
