The simple way is to consume less calories than your body burns off daily. Study your food choices and pick less calorie dense foods as substitutes. If you don't have time to make the change your situation will not change.

If you're looking for a magic pill or potion, there is none. The key to losing weight and keeping it off is to adopt a healthy lifestyle. If there's a will there's a way. Changing your diet is easy and requires no extra time. In regards to exercise, an hour a day should not be hard to find. You need to burn more calories than you ingest. Work with a nutritionist.

Reduce the amount of food you eat by half. If you still do not lose weight, reduce it by 50% again and keep at till you achieve your desired weight.
