Recurring red lumps/ulcers that cover throat and back of tongue + lumps either side of the tonsil. very painful, i have good oral hygiene and i'm not b12 deficient. i gargle salt water when it's more severe. what could it be and why is it happening?

Something is causing this local inflammation and needs to be examined for proper diagnosis and management. Pl see an ENT asap.. You are doing the right thing by gargling. Hope you feel better
