Sore throat on one side when i swallow. no tonsils. i see a penny sized lumpy bump way back on that right side what looks to be on the pharyngeal tongue and/or throat. what could it be, will gargling with salt water help?

Throat problem : This needs to be seen. There are several possible reasons for your concern. Tonsil stones. Tonsillith comes to mind.
