i have severe throat pain, red sores in the back of my throat ,bumps on back of tongue and irritated lumps on each side where tonsils used to be. help?

See your MD: You need to be sure it is not strep throat. See your MD a rapid test can be done to rule it out and if needed antibiotics can be prescribed at the same time
