My gastrologist ordered me a gastric emptying test. I'm worried about possible side effects because my body is sensitive to many medications etc. The radiology center tells me it is a safe test with no side effects. Is that accurate information?

Had endoscopy done... extremely mild IM found. Here is what was written: antral-type and body type gastric mucosa with focal intestinal metaplasia. GI doctor told me to check up in a year. She found everything to be benign. Thoughts? Huge risk? None?
