Possibly: POTS may have associated gi motility abnormalities as part of the autonomic dysfunction but slow gastric emptying is more likely than rapid dumping of stomach contents. Bile reflux and gastritis are not commonly associated with POTS. Get treated for gastritis. Bile reflux may also improve but often does not.
