So much more info would be needed to give you a meaningful answer. Your tooth is apparently infected and needs treatment. You are already on antibiotics for other infections throughout your body. What was discussed with you? Do you have a follow up visit? Which antibiotics are you taking and who prescribed them and what did your physician say about the cause of your sepsis?

Your tooth infection[abscess] or gum infection popped open from the treatment of the antibiotics. You need dental treatment for a infected tooth and or gums. Go back for exam and treatment. Your other infections to be treated by your PCP.
