I had a brain mri with contrast 1 year ago for paresthesia's entire left side of body and face with some weakness and it was normal. for the past 8 days i have had a headache and blurry vision, could a symptomatic brain tumor develop in 1 year?

Yes, one year is more than enough for a brain tumor causing symptoms. However, headache and blurred vision are quite common so you should not think about the worst scenario. Eye problem is a common cause of your symptoms. Have your eyes checked if it has not been done in the last 2 years.

Parathesis all on one side of face and same side of body are almost impossible to explain based on medical knowledge. But discuss with you neurologists.
