No: This would be a very atypical presentation for a brain tumor, and the expense and effort of an MRI would be most unlikely to find something treatable and will distract you from finding the real cause of your symptoms. If all's normal, remember that functional illness is real, and many aches-and-pains never yield their cause but also never progress.

Not likely necessary: Brain tumors are uncommon in people your age, and the symptoms you describe are not at all suspicious for a brain tumor. You may have a problem with your peripheral nerves ("neuropathy"); ask to see a neurologist who specializes in such disorders.
