I had blood work done and my creatine is 1.20 mg/dl with a standard range at 1.11. with estimated glomerular filteration rate is >60 ml/min/1.73 m2. can someone elaborate on this? do i have kidney disease?

You are correct when asking this question because you see your serum creatinine is out of the normal range. For a young people, eGFR above 60 cc/min/1.73 m2 is not always normal, it should be above 90 cc/min/1.73 m2. If you have any risk for kidney disease, such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, abnormal urinalysis, etc. you should request a nephrology consultation.
