You are correct when asking this question because you see your serum creatinine is out of the normal range. For a young people, eGFR above 60 cc/min/1.73 m2 is not always normal, it should be above 90 cc/min/1.73 m2. If you have any risk for kidney disease, such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, abnormal urinalysis, etc. you should request a nephrology consultation.
