Inconsistent data: An egfr of 79 is lower than desirable but not too bad. You have not provided the units of cratinine as a value of 70 is not tenable. Blood in urine does need to be investigated, even if it happened only once as some lesions bleed erratically. It would be prudent to consult this site for info and discuss the matter with your doctor. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/blood-in-urine/ds01013.

Should be OK: Your creatinine is probably 0.70. Egfr is good which means that your kidney is filtering out toxins well. You should ask your doctor if there were some red blood cells and protein also in urine. If there is then may need more investigation. My feeling is that every thing is ok since repeat urine analysis was ok.
