For months ive been dealing with lower right abdominal pain, sometimes not bad, sometimes same side lower back and wearing pants makes my belly and abdominal uncomfortable. does a hiatal hernia cause that? is it my crohns? something else?

Hiatal hernia is not likely to cause the symptoms you mention, Crohn's disease may be involved along with a variety of other conditions related or unrelated to Crohn's. Let your treating doc know about your symptoms.
