Lower right abdomen pain that varies from ok to not for months. part that is confusing is why my belly feels uncomfortable when wearing pants. which seemed ok for a few weeks once after taking meds. hiatal hernia or acid reflux or something else?

Are there associated bowel problems? If so, inflammatory bowel disease could be the issue & an evaluation by a gastroenterologist is in order. Other possibilities are chronic appendicitis which can go on for months or more, mild abdominal muscle inflammation or strain,occult inguinal hernia. .An abdominal surgeon would be best to consult for these possibilities.
