Such results are usually interpreted in the context of a detailed physical exam and medical history, they are not diagnostic by themselves. A rheumatology specialist is usually consulted to place properly such results in context and formulate a diagnosis.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would be prudent to consult a rheumatologist. Wish you good health!
