To diagnose either of these you will need to see a Gastroenterologist and need more tests. In the meantime eat healthy exercise and try protein supplements like Ensure. Hope you do well

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
