Need to be seen soon: Chest pain and shortness of breath could be anything from a heart attack to anxiety. Figuring out whether or not it is caused by anything serious is not always simple. Anyone with the symptoms you describe should be seen right away, especially if the symptoms just began.

Emergency.: The marked BP elevation, high heart rate and symptoms suggest it's urgent to go to the nearest emergency dept. for an evaluation and treatment to restore a normal BP and heart rate. Untreated hypertension is associated with a very high risk of heart attack and stroke.

Need check up : This could be due to heart disease. Suggest visiting your physician soon. Usual evaluation includes ekg, possible stress test and medication adjustment.
